MCFC Customer Services.

In late May customer services told me to expect a letter 'in a couple of days' giving me the full details about how to move from the family stand.

It hasn't arrived.

MCFC need to get the same geezers in who do Amazon's online stuff. Ne'er had a problem with them.

I used to same card to buy from the online store yet the ticket section wouldn't accept it.
 
Has anyone had a reminder to renew their season card my daughter got one in the post today I renewed us both a couple of weeks ago shows up online as having renewed customer services closed now will have to ring tomorrow to make sure
 
Rubbish slow service! Customer service line finish at 17:30 what a joke!
They have changed my childrens online password now i cannot access these accounts to see if the season tickets have gone through.
My season card has gone through and i have the email from City but not the others, I cannot check the accounts because the site have changed the passwords.
I cannot change online password as it says my email address not found yet they sent me an email.
I also got a remember card today for one of the season cards when i have paid.

Does anyone have a complaint number or out of hours helpline number also the emails are not being answered.

If not i will have to send in the big guns before friday(Mrs Skiddypants grab yer coat).
 
I called this week and spoke to Alan on option 4, Stadium Tours, what a great bloke.

You must be in the unfortunate minority mate, we renewed online and it was done and dusted within 5 minutes, no trouble at all.
