When does this become live and how do you get access to it?

The new system seems ok in that you get a discount off next years seat.

Can't go to one of first few home games as away and noticed this hasn't gone up for Chelsea yet.

Far as I can see they're still saying "details nearer the start of the season" ie no details at all yet :(
 
Last season it took ages to get Viagogo up and running so maybe its just a start of season thing. I do wish they would pull their finger out though as I want to sell my Chelsea ticket!
 
Not available for the Chelsea game .first game it up& running is the Watford game
 
Nice contradictory statement..... "This new initiative will apply to all home Premier League matches and means you don’t miss out if you can’t make it to the game."

"Please note that the MCFC Ticket Exchange will not be available for the Chelsea match on Sunday 16 August"

Quite frustrating that its not available for one of the games you are pretty certain to be able to sell for.
 
Tried to upgrade a season card for the Chelsea game and told by the ticket office that for that game only upgrades are not being done and any category of supporter can use a season card. So adults can use children's or seniors cards without registering or paying for the upgrade. Told this is because the ticket office are inundated with other work at present and that tickets for Watford game are not even on sale yet. Still probably worth double checking if anyone plans to do this.
