Why is it still so outdated from the new website and still 'upgrading' to a new ticket seller for away games. Very frustrating and ALL the homes games only ever have seats in the same 3 places. Want to go to Birmingham game but wanted something in 2nd tier. Sorry, know this is probably ticket related forum but looked at it from a website complaint.

you be lucky to get 2nd tier as the vast majority is s/t holders they never go on sale on the web best off ringing up for them but you need to be quick to get them as most of them are already sold

well last time i bought some against pompey i went and then opened the website the day before and there were a hosts of places to sit that weren't available two weeks earlier.

its quite obvious they try and fill certin parts of the ground first games like pompy your gonna have a better choice but for big games you be taking a big risk leaving it late in he day to book

if the seat you want aint on the site i'd just ring up as i could be available

This is how it works mate, the 2nd tier is more or less ST, when tickets go on sale to City Card holders you will have a few lower seats scattered around available, by the time it comes to access card holders they will normally put EL3 up on the site first, if you want to find other seats you need to ring the box office who will then offer you CB L3 as well.
Today at 9am the OS had EL3 up for sale then at 9:30am CB L3 appeared for the Derby, 10 mins later more appeared in the North Stand, these are returns etc.
During the sales of the Home Semi final we were down to 60 seats then it went to 1000s. Very strange how they do it, but if you ring the office they normally offer you ones not on the OS.
