Another penalty shoot out.

We had one with the U21s the other day, the U13s league before that and now the U15s. We're 1-1 at the minute

The stadium announcer either just said "it's penalty time" or "it's party time", I couldn't quite tell. Either way, he sounded fairly excited about it.
