When I finally got it to come up again it showed those seats taken. It took three tries over a couple of hours for it finally to “release” the seats and make them available again.

For Tuesdays relocation, I spent 3 hours in the morning trying to get the website to work, gave up, then spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get through,then gave up again. Total waste of a day and still couldn't relocate my seat.
