since the sad passing of the owner of the stats website there has been no update to what was/is a brillant site

i just wondered if there is any update on if anyone is going to take up the reins and carry on the great work started.

I was thinking exactly the same thing the other day. It's a brilliant site and it would be great to see someone take it over.

It's a great site and a fantastic reference tool for City fans

I have started my own site to try and map all the stats as well as trying to include pictures and articles for as many games as possible.

It's a work in progress and it will take a couple of years to get anywhere near completed but if you fancy a look at it then please visit http://www.citytilidie.com/

I would appreciate any views on it and in particular I am looking for any contributions i.e. match reviews or just some short memories of certain games.

The blog for mcfcstats had an update after the owner's death from his son, saying he would be merging the site into a similar stats project.

Unfortunately, I've heard no update on that since the blog post.

I'm also in the process of transferring a fair portion of the info to Wikipedia in the form of season articles but it's slow progress.
