McGivern Extends Loan Deal

Yeah I've seen a bit and he's looked alright. he was pretty poor yesterday but most of Leicester's team were crap. My mate is a big Leicester fan and he said he's been playing pretty well without being spectacular and I trust his judgement.
 
i live in leicester (right next to the stadium) with 3 leicester city fans. One die hard. They all reckon he is shit. They say he has no pace to be a left back and no strength to be a centre back...
I presumed a lot of it was because they take any oppourtunity to slag off any city player but this morning on facebook there is a lot of "fuck off back to man city" facebook status's.

conflicting views then! lol. what i saw of him in south africa pre season he looked decent. im yet to find a leicester fan that agree's tho.
 
Hahaha. Maybe he has found his level then? I've seen a handful of Leicester games and he has honestly looked alright. There are a few players for them who they think are good that I thiknk are absolutely garbage.

Rememebr that there are fans on here who think Adebayor and Santa Cruz are shit and want them to go back to their former clubs. We can't always gauge an opinion from a minority.

i dont think people think they are shit, i think alot of people call players shit, if they find them over-rated, but mcgivern (snow head) is not good enough.
 
I watched him play yesterday for Leicester and added a note to the Loan Reports thread downstairs. Was unlucky on the OG but looked okay, to be honest. Did get beat in the air all too often but was always looking to get involved and seemed to be favoured as an outlet. Also nice to see him get involved in the grittier moments, notably some ten man handbags in the 2nd half.
 
I live in the area and all the leicester fans I know want shot of him. One says he is the worst player to wear the shirt since Trevor Benjamin!
