Meanest defence in the country

Trying to remember Pants having any serious/outstanding saves to make, and I'm struggling. No mean feat, given Stoke's usual aerial bombardment at their place.
 
and we'll need to be again against QPR and possibly Liverpool. I want this clean sheet run to continue. I still believe in the saying "Attack wins games, Defence wins championships," in the long run, it will see us over the line ahead of United. After all, if you don't concede, you only need 1 goal :)

I'm not so sure ......

we were top scorers in the Premiership last season ......

and the way the rags are scoring goals , and winning games , we're gonna have to come up with many more wins ..... they are conceding goals , but they are scoring more than they are conceding , and they are ahead of us on points !

We really need to convert more of our chances , or we will continue to do the chasing ....

we were top scorers in the Premiership last season ......

and the way the rags are scoring goals , and winning games , we're gonna have to come up with many more wins ..... they are conceding goals , but they are scoring more than they are conceding , and they are ahead of us on points !

We really need to convert more of our chances , or we will continue to do the chasing ....

We are only one goal behind them on goal difference.
 
Zab is the best defender in the prem league-gives his all every week and he is City-the look when he scored today top guy-The Meanest

You must have missed the ''and they are ahead of us on points'' bit.
 
With no Hart, Nastasic, Kolo, Richards and for 70 odd minutes Kompany I think we were superb defensively. Really impressive. Zaba, Lescott and were superb but don't underestimate how important Barry and Garcia were.
Like Mamba said though, we have to start taking our chances and that's why Sergioooo has to start vs QPR
