I can often see your point of view, but I'm struggling to see why you would defend that tweet. To me it just felt like Jackson was trolling, and made himself look idiotic in the process. Even United fans were ridiculing him for it. Not sure what point he is making, or why you "understand" it?!
The likes of Ogden and Herbert are pretty odious, but Jackson just comes across as a complete fuckwit with zero credibility.
Well I think the point he is making is Stoke played well against us to record a 2-0 victory but against United the goals were self-inflicted, therefore not requiring Stoke to play well to record victory. Which I suggest is more damning??
Viewing his tweets throughout the match he was heavily critical of United, the manager and the performance. Which is not reflected by highlighting the one message in isolation.
