so, as there's no agenda, let's see Winter/Taylor/Ogden/Herbert etc. all publishing back pages in the next couple of days about Diego Costa's stamp on Can tonight, and how he deserves to be punished and banned for the City game as it was a clear red card offence.

Go on media, prove there's no agenda and get justice done.

Re: The Agenda (Merged)

How the Daily Mail online is reporting Costa's performance tonight for Chelsea.

Street fighter Costa helps Blues bounce back from bruising Bradford upset after Spaniard steals show in explosive semi-final as Ivanovic downs Liverpool to send Mourinho's men to Wembley

Imagine the headlines if it was a City player who'd have done what Costa did tonight.

Imagine if Mario had stamped on 2 players , the firing squad would be assembled and ready

Re: The Agenda (Merged)

This is a watershed moment for the Agenda thread.

Costa will prove whether it exists or not.

Re: The Agenda (Merged)

anyone think those stamps were any worse than Aquero on Luis in FA cup semi final, they both got talked about after the game shown in slow motion, reported on by the papers and Aquero didn't get a ban ? so if Costa does maybe there IS an agenda on Chelsea and Jose is right

All depends on whether the referee claims to have seen them or not. Given that Oliver was shaking hands with Chelsea players as he booked them last night, I wouldn't expect he has the spine for a public lambasting from Maureen if he claims not to have done.....
