Yeah i think he can do a lot better if given the right role in the team. Just seemed to be totally snuffed out of the game last night. All those dangerous positions he gets into for City and England in previous few games, he just got nowhere near that area last night.Fair point but I don't think it's best practice to be chopping and changing formation based on opposition. Some tweaks would make more sense to me, for example last night Sterling should've been given a freer role to drop deep and wide to link play with Kane more central as a lone striker.
