We really need to just sweep through this lot, the fact they're still carrying on peddling lies about us just screams for us to deal with them, once and for all.

City, thank you for dealing with UEFA at CAS, but honest to God sort these arses out.
Time to make a stand, make a public statement to the press that any lies published in the written or spoken press will face libel action in the courts.

Nice interview with Martin Lipton from the Sun on Sly News, basically telling it as it is and what we have all been saying about UEFA and the other big clubs. He was saying what a great day this is for the club and a bad day for UEFA and how changes at the top of that organisation will now take place.
Yeah, he was surprisingly fair and reasonable in what he said.

Fuck me she was getting desperate
Just a fucking bit. Embarrassing "journalism", good on him just shutting her down and turning it back on her.

Rich clubs want to be able to financially bully other teams and hate the idea that anyone could do that to them, the hypocrisy is so blatant it's amazing how few journalists have the balls to point that out

Shows you the pathetic nature of the media coverage of this that a financially and legally illiterate ex-footballer whose allegiance lies with a bitter current rival is called in by Sky to comment on the outcome of a case before an arbitral tribunal that involved complex financial regulatory issues. I'm glad they asked him on, though, because aside from being as spectacularly clueless as one would expect, he also looks on the verge of bursting into tears. Hilarious.

Saw this live. He absolutely embarrassed himself. Firstly by stating that because we were fined we must have done something wrong and should be punished. To be fair to the presenter, he immediately read him the CAS statement verbatim and reinforced that we had been completely exonerated of the charges against us. Bellend then states that football will have to move on from this as we had been cleared of the charges.

We all know the answer but why are ex-pros trotted out to give opinions on matters they know nothing about or haven't been bothered to undertake even just a little bit of research???
