what all of it ? Im still confused as to the point you were trying to make
A lot of the smaller, shittier sites and twitter handles, like Give Me Sport for example, are even worse.
I think it’s genuinely because they’re all ran by rags and dippers.
Not all of it as there's only 5 mins on youtube. As the ball arrives at Carricks feet he passes sideways to Yaya who plants the ball into the net. The commentator says...............Michael Carrick what was he thinking ?
ah lol cheers (doesn't take much to confuse me these days)
New BBC article just posted, I just laughed when I saw the headline.
"Man City have assembled first 1 billion euro squad", I'm not linking it.
Notice they phrased the headline so as to avoid saying “first squad *worth* 1 billion euro.”
Interesting tidbit from the actual CIES article:
“The gap between the costliest and cheapest squad per league is x148 in the Liga (Real Madrid vs Mallorca), x114 in the Ligue 1 (Paris St-Germain vs Nîmes), x85 in the Bundesliga (Bayern vs Paderborn), x63 in the Serie A (Juventus vs Lecce) and x32 in the Premier League (Manchester City vs Norwich). This reflects the great financial divides in European football.”
And why quote euros when we aren't in the euro
Great stuff, the best squad as well. Win win if you ask me.The biased beeb always looking to make it out to be a bad thing if it's to do with us.
Because it doesn’t sound as good ‘Almost a £1m squad’?
BBC article says it's been spent to assemble the current squad.

I make it £782.3m, so adjusting for argument's sake would leave you between £750-800m, so the way the BBC puts it in the article is false as its under €1bn however you look at it.
