Interestingly Grealish has just been heralded for making 200 appearances for his hometown club by the age of 25.

he’d played 18 times by the time he was 20, Phil is on 92.

Also I wonder who was stopping Grealish getting in the Villa first team five years ago and I'm sure their expectations were a tad bit lower?
