Funny that UEFA, who LFC and their media pals regarded as bastions of the truth over their FFP case against City, are apparently now being descibed as liars by the press and scousers. It is sort of pick and mix version of the truth.

How would that detect fake tickets though?

How did they at the ground then? Amazingly most technology is wireless now and portable so scanners I expect would be used.

Henry Winter just let the truth slip on Radio5Live when describing the entry to the stadium he says the fans and the media go in the same way then, the fans go one way and the "other fans I mean the media" go up the ramp Thanks Henry confirmed what we always knew and Pep was right

That lot are like Teflon. Every journo oblivious to fans being ticketless. How they get away with it i don't know.

BBC’s reporting of this is disgraceful. Andy Robertson says it was a shambles, I’ve no idea how he knows, other than hearsay because he was preparing to play a game.

Merseyside police think it was a disgrace. That’s right, the police organisation that stood by and did nothing when City’s coach was dismantled thought the French authorities were a disgrace; hope the irony isn’t lost on them.

Next time there’s a tragedy caused by this lot (and there will be) the beeb will be complicit for not calling out their disgraceful behaviour.
