Spot on mate, thats the only way they'll let you on. You have to play nice at first and then when you're live let them have it with both barrels. Sad you have to do that but it's pretty clear they have orders to protect the dippers and rags reputation.
Yeah probably they are under orders, so you prefer we are subservient. Sorry ain't happening with other teams fans against us and not the media, but each to their own,

Oh I dunno jrb i think it's a reminder to the world of how twisted these cult dipper fans are. It was swept under the carpet at the time.

I hate the Scouse cult like every other City fan.

What they did that night will never be forgotten or forgiven. I was there.

But it was 3 years ago, and In the CL.

Unless we’ve all missed it on here, and another coach attack(welcoming) is a planned, why even bring it up again? It just feeds the Scouse/Liverpool obsessed media, and their fans.

Pleads, pleads, f*cking pleads. Did Pep plead? Did he f*ck! But.....

Seriously Pep. Just stick to commenting on football, your team, and the players.

You’re blaming Pep for that?

Maybe one of the cunts investigates it, not like it’s hard to.

I’m asking Pep to stop making off the field statements that can be taken out of context and twisted by the media.(on purpose) Was Pep pleading? Was he f*ck! That’s it! OK?

i don’t agree here, it’s a set up to say go on you Neanderthal c*nts, show the world what you really are only this I’ve told the coach driver to plough through the Fcking lot of you.

I liked Noel Gallagher’s comment about why Pep should comment on more than football as he’s invested & our senior statesman. He’s more than a coach.

Thought you were talking to yourself for a minute there…

I’m happy for him to bring it up but what you are saying is for him to basically say nothing as they will always find a way to screw him. He is acting on behalf of Man City, the media have been twisting his words, and other managers, for many years, so whatever he says will be manipulated to cause anger or derision with his own or other fans.

Is Pep ever going to learn? His words once again have been taken out of context and twisted.

A journalist would have asked 'Do you expect a repeat of those events', Pep has said 'Measures would have been put in place'.

They then make up a headline to generate clicks. I'm guessing about the above as I'm damned if I'm clicking on it, but I'd also hazard a guess that it wasn't Pep who brought it up in the first place.

What do you want him to do? Just constantly repeat 'No comment' on every question except 'Who's playing'?

You (and others) get far too invested in the bollocks that the media come out with.

Just had SSN on. I. know sorry.
Interview with Spitty and Daniel Craig who is a dipper (What a shock)
Spitty, would Klopp make a good Bond?
Answer should have been he was in a Bond movie and played Jaws....I would have died if he said that but sadly followed protocol and agreed missed opportunity there

606 this evening they put a City fan on against a lpool fan at the same time with the scouse banging on about Us having no history basically and he definitely said not in europe. I phoned in as I have previously done on there and talksport to stick up for our team and spoke to the researcher, You have to make your point to them before they put it passed their producer and put you on air if they think it's valid. So I said because we allegedly have no history at home or abroad and that we are sick of the lies please let me on to answer our critics including tonight's lpool loon. I said I want to ask Sutton and Savage " Who out of City or lpool first won a european trophy and who was the first team out of the two was the first to win the FA Cup ". When I tried the same question on the researcher who I was talking to his answers were both lpool. He was shocked ( especially the 61 year gap on the FA. Cup ), and said they may phone back and put me on air but didn't promise. Well guess what ? They didn't phone back. Think the researcher is still on floor head spinning. Don't forget "No Agenda" My Arse.
called numerous times to answer the Liverpool loons who come on and make outrageous statements about City there’s one guy “dim Tim“ who gets on almost every week there a NI rag the same I made the point to the researcher when she said they were very busy well how come certain people get on? No answer of course
Neil from the Klanfield Rap has a prewritten script tonight it was City are not a European club and because Klopp has won both the big ones he better than Pep

What the media is doing works on you though, getting upset over that?
Just don't read it you know what they're like!!!

I don't know why people on this forum get hung up on the media. You need to understand one thing, the media does have a self-perpetuating agenda; but it's an agenda they rely on to survive and thrive. In my job I travel up and down the country regularly, within the last few years I've bumped into a dozen or so Liverpool fans. Not one of them was from Liverpool. I met one from South Wales, one from Newcastle (I mean for f***s sake come on!), think one was from Stoke-on-Trent. I've also met plenty of United fans who perhaps unsurprisingly weren't Mancunians. And do you know what was funny? All, to a man, told me they supported Liverpool/united because their Dad supported them, or their Grandad supported them, or their second uncle removed supported them; pretty strange that. The truth is; these are the glory-hunters, the day-trippers, the oh-I-don't-really-like-or-understand-football-so-I'll-just-pledge-allegiance-to-the-teams who-were-winning-more-at-the-time-ers.

But this brings me back to the media. The media will always pander to this aforementioned group because they comprise the majority. There are more "dyed in the wool reds" in this country than any other genuine support base, and the media have more to lose if the reds turn off/change channel than if City fans were to do the same. If their viewing/listening figures plummet, their revenues plummet. And then guess what? They're out of a job. Do you think the likes of Adrian Durham and Jake Humphrey turn up to their respective studios and say to their producers, "right, this is the angle I'm going with today"? Not a chance. They will be given a script of which they are to strictly adhere. The media also know its vogue to hate City; most of the hate coming from those "real reds", so they'll again do what's fashionable to keep those figures up. It's a similar scenario in Spain with Marca and Mundo Deportivo. One is pro-Madrid and one is pro-Barcelona; dictated purely by their location and target audiences.

And reassure yourself with this, the hate from other supporters stems from one thing and one thing only; jealousy. If the media are ever nice to us again start worrying, because that will mean we've slipped back to mediocrity and being 'ickle old city'. I only hope the hate amplifies over the next generation, because it means we'll have become an unstoppable force. And that, fellow blues, would be something to savour!

Medicore rags/ dippers means less subscriptions to sky therefore less viewing figures, advertising rates get lower. Sky then have less money to pay for premier league contract, so clubs get less money. Everyone's a loser.

Good on Pep for bringing up the coach attack. These vile creatures would rather the media bury this event with the rest of their sordid history. Pep is almost goading them into another coach welcome so that the whole world can see what utter scumbags the scousers are
Remind me again, how many mickeys
were arrested after the attack. Fucking ridiculous.
