No I realise the NHS don't pay for it. I'm saying they should but what I was asking is with the private script do the police/cps accept someone has it legally or could they try and prosecute you.

My understanding is that they can't prosecute me now. But I wouldn't travel with it just in case. I'm still not sure of all the ins and outs regarding that law side of it all. I read on Reddit some fan emailed Everton FC and asked would he be able to bring his medical cannabis, and they replied with 'yes'. Whether that's true or not...

I asked because I could see some old dibble nicking you because 'private scripts aren't legal' .
If a doctor states it helps with your ongoing problems the NHS should fund it. For a start, it moves people away from criminal gangs..
I've just laughed at a story that said France uses more cannabis than any other European country so they should.....tax it ! Thereby making it dearer than that sold by a dealer.
The people who make the laws really shouldn't.

Had my oil delivered today. £80 a bottle. Not the stuff you can buy at Hollands and Barrets. Two drops a day on my tongue.
Had my first drop earlier. I'll give it a month to make any judgement on it.
