Great move by City as Melbourne is one of the sporting capitals of the world. Sydney FC play in sky blue so it will be interesting to see what happens on that front. I also see that it is being reported that City will be playing in Australia in May. Hope so!

They could play in Red and Black Home and Sky Blue Away. They are all upside down anyway.

They have only existed since 08. Is it possible for MCFC to buy Cork City in Ireland. I keep telling a guy I know who's involved with them to email City and plead for them to take them over. Is it allowed to have 2 clubs in the same continent though? If not I'll stop bugging him.

Nope sorry, they would qualify for the same european comps and can't have 2 teams with the same owner in the same comps... or something like that

Agree totally.

Generally I'd agree, but in this case the Heart is a pretty shit name; most of the people around Melbourne would agree (including a lot of the fans). Only been in the comp for 4 years anyway so shouldn't be too hard to change.

Don't watch much A-League myself but this should make things a lot more interesting!
