Is this game considered to be a derby???? Have no idea of the numbers of teams their locality and rivalries?? Will be watching the game in any case.

I was under the impression that the locals absolutely hate the fact that city have bought the club and changed the colours and badge.

It's definitely been a controversial decision, but from what I've seen, the majority are slowly coming round. I think signing Villa for a few months helped.

not a Derby because both Sydney and Melbourne are fairly far apart but there has always been a massive rivalry between Sydney and Melbourne, Melbourne victory is the main rivalry but its somewhat of a second rivalry for both Sydney teams
