There are 2 packs. The better one seems to be for Citizens and as a ST holder I got a badge and 3 pics of the new statues.

I'm guessing the card is more or less redundant, now that seasoncards are (largely) carried on people's phones these days. I was able to get my discount in the city store last weekend, even though the new card hadn't arrived. All I needed was the supporter number.
