If you asked 100 City fans who they want at left back, Mendy or Delph, most would say Delph.
That's what he needs to know. If he doesn't care, then he needs to be shipped out.
Set up a poll and find out for sure :)
Also after the champs league game, I am sure you would have been hard pressed to find 10 votes for Delph.
Mendy is 10x the player Delph is, Delph is a tryer and a huge respect to him for last seasons efforts but he is the number 2 left back at City.

It is slightly different; questioning a players attitude. Injuries are unlucky, speeding 4 times in a short period isn't
I certainly wouldn't question his ability, I would never criticise his performance, but I feel justified in questioning his behaviour, as I did with the balloon Ballotelli.
We are very lucky , having a core of professionals who behave impeccably, I hope Mendy learns quickly.
I though the idea was that he didn't.

Someone did. If you are suggesting it was his mate, then he should of owned up, and paid up.As that is what mates do. If he knew who was driving , it should be revealed in a court of justice.
I remember last season , the same posters defending Toure after his drink driving conviction for drinking " Orange juice".
Whatever the truth ,it is unprofessional.

Agreed, and if that's what you said in the first place I wouldn't have replied.
If it was him I'm sure he would admit to it. I'm not defending him at all, just pointing out that he probably didn't speed four times.

Young lad, enjoying life no problem with that. Not sure how this has turned to a thread where some are using it as a stick to beat Delph. The same Delph who isn't a natural left back but played there in the most successful PL side of all time. Maybe Delph needs to get more active on Insta, FB and Twitter to get a bit more respect from our "fans"

Agree, fabs was brilliant last season and aside from the odd brain fart i'm sure he will be again this one,i'm not bashing mendy as a player as he has several assists already but that photo grated on me for some reasonYoung lad, enjoying life no problem with that. I have no problem with it and In sure it was all sanctioned. What is the point of him sitting injured on those barely covered up benches when it is absolutely pissing it down, against the shittiest team in the league and he cant be involved in any way.

Taking it back to the original point, what has pissed people off is that on 4 seperate occassions he was asked by the police to say who was driving his car when they broke the law. They are pissed with Mendy because on 4 occassions he couldn't be arsed/deliberately refused to name that person. I take a very dim view of someone driving a car who has no insurance and there is a high probability that happened here. This isn't about Delph or boxing.

How do you know they have no insurance ?
You are presuming he hasn't named the person for that reason but have absolutely no proof whatsoever.
