Mercedes A class

I driven a couple as hire cars, pre 2005 wouldnt touch with a bargepole but the 05 onwards are ok.

Don't forget the cost of parts/servicing are probably going to be more expensive than say a ford.

Saab?? Bit strange to come out with that Texas Peter.

Is that what you drive?

No a Pug 306 gti, with dump valve and headlamp conversion
.

Mercs are good, wont fall apart. Get a diesel and it will go forever.

lol

Anyone got one or had one - are they any good or to be avoided?

As a family of 3 car I mean not a flange wagon.

Outstanding use of the word 'flange' if I may say!

Had a '99 model was nice enough but for a family car ther's not enough room in the boot.

Is it legal to drive with your family in the boot.
