Merry Christmas bluemooners.

Looks like it'll be spent at my mother in law's beside. On her way out, been sedated and potentially matter of hours/days.

Got Parkinson and dementia, not eaten in 10 weeks. Been on morphine constantly for few weeks. They sedated her last night to make her comfortable and said eventually she'll just drift off to sleep and not waken again. Fingers crossed she lasts til boxing day when daughter arrives from Australia. Son already here from Boston

Hug those close to you tight and enjoy the holidays as well as you can as who knows what tomorrow holds

Sorry to hear that mate it's a terrible illness/condition dementia and you being with her at this time marks you out as the person you are.
