Just said on SSN when discussing Arsenal's remaining fixtures...

'Oh yeah they'll be Man City, Blackburn away will be their toughest test'.

Tosser.
Unfortunately, they probably will. I've already written that one off (give me a draw and I'll snatch your arm off!). He is still a tosser though!

Yeh and Brum would get a draw with barry ferguson running the midfield
The guy is incredibly THICK

The alcoholic wanker hates city so i expect nothing less. Hope he eats humble pie at the end of the season, he can wash it down with a double whisky a line of coke. Prick

Just watching and it missed me off. I hate him....

I'd call him a dick but i think that's unfair to dicks.....

I'm not writing anything off. I bet our players aren't, either.

Yeah mate the way the dick head said it was like we were a league 2 side..
I don't know how he gets on Sky sports he knows nothing about football.

we can beat arsenal it won't be easy but don't right us off!!

A few days ago, he was forcasting us to draw against Birmingham with them 'bossing' the midfield and saying that we were overrated.

Well, lets hope his latest prediction is equally accurate. Lets face it, he's an alcoholic, gambling addicted, coke snorting, cockney arse wipe who used to be able to play a bit. If he was any good at managing, coaching, or indeed anything else associated with the game after he'd finished playing, he'd have a proper job rather than clinging on with Sky as a 'pundit' and making after dinner speeches about his 'glittering career' to fat old businessmen.

Blackburn away, going by the form book would probably be their more difficult match, due to our indifferent form away from home. (I'm convinced we'll get at least a draw though!)

Last few away league games:

Burnley won 6-1.
Fulham won 2-1.
Sunderland drew 1-1.
Chelsea won 4-2.
Stoke drew 1-1.

I would say our recent away record is good, and we have a great chance, especially if they play campbell or silvestre and have no fabregas.

cant believe any city fan doesnt fancy us down there on the back of our recent results. Gonna be a great game and if the players cant raise their game for this then why do we want to be in the champs league playing better teams????

3-1 city down there. p.s hope merson dies

Tony Cottee fighting our corner. Good lad Tone!

-- Tue Apr 13, 2010 7:48 pm --

Merson is a idiot of a pundit....unfortunatley he has tipped Arsenal to beat Spurs......

There is 2 problems with this
1) Sky pay stupid money for doing very little
2) Players like Geoff Hurst, Bobby Moore, Jack Charlton do/did after dinner speeches (50k to tell some stories, yes please).

He is still a twunt though

I actually fancy us to get at least a point at Arsenal. They will be under pressure to attack us and win and with so many players missing they will be vulnerable to our pace on the counter-attack. To be honest I have more confidence of us beating them than the rags, especially if Silvestre/Campbell plays.
