If the Milner deal falls through now OiNeil has left Villa (Unlikley I know!), would you go for him?

Personally having seen him in the u21 finals, world cup and limited times for Werder Bremen I think he is a better option than Milner, he looked awesome in South Africa.

Ive never herd him mentioned by any blues on here as a potential target.

I can work out though if im only thinking this to get one over on them twats by taking one of their wanted players?
