I find the walk back ok it’s as mostly downhill. The walk there not so much. I get a cab usually as can’t be arsed walking.

For the Huddersfield match, I took a tram to Edge Lane from Piccadilly Gardens and drank in The Halfway House. The walk back up there was testing.

The Grove next to Clayton Hall is also a great option.
