Did anyone see the video of the players in the gym in the states, one of the players( De jong , i think) caught him doing weights and shouted at Micah No!!! You big enough already!!! Listen to the enforcer Micah, dont bulk up to much.
 
amazin improvement in last 6 mths,best english right back in prem! if he stays injury free could become city right back 4 yrs 2 cum
