It's hard to think of a fullback less compatible with Guardiola then Richards.
As much as I love him, if he'd stayed and the injuries hadn't wrecked him, we'd just be having the same conversation as with Hart because Pep would have shipped him out day 1.

Interesting as I think you haven't been watching Guardiola's use of full backs, this season.
Weight control and injuries permitting, in fact, I suspect Micah may have proved to be the perfect FB for PG.
