Michael Brooks, a Brilliant Progressive, Suddenly Passes...

I'm still reeling from the shock of finding out he passed, last night, from a sudden onset of medical complications. I don't think I've heard a more studied, more information and answer ready individual on any subject in politics. He was a man who could debate you into the ground, thus many on the right feared to do so.

He co-hosted on 'The Majority Report with Sam Seder' for many years before setting out on his own show as well 'The Michael Brooks Show'. A man so young and so well read, it's difficult to know you won't hear his voice any more.

I know the absolute majority won't know who he is, but the strong left of us will.

I've been watching the Majoroty Report quite a bit, those guys taking the piss out of Dave Rubin never gets boring. But Michale Brooks was such a clever and funny guy:

I have watched a bit of his stuff, I watch more of David Packman, the American left is a weird place as its not how I would define left but its left for America.

Sad to see him pass away, the States does need more counters to the RW nutjobs, because they are fucking mental.

I watch a bit of Packman and whilst his show might be a bit slicker than MR, he doesn’t have the humour

I find this clip interesting as they aren't a million miles apart, just in methodology.

I think Brooks was a bit more expansive later on in his political life.
