Why do we not have a web link of july-eleven-twelve-1948? Remember when in Lydda more than 1,500 Palestinians including women and children were killed and several raped in Lydda? And Lydda is just one of dozens of documented massacres in 1947-1948? 40 years before Hamas was created?

If you read between the lines, the rhetoric is changing. The last twenty years (Iraq/Afghan) mean the UK/US won't get involved unless it's absolutely necessary. They need to come out say what Israel are doing us is wrong and they to stop immediately which they are not doing so. In my eyes that is supporting them .
 
One of the problems is that historically the leadership of Israel has been in the hands of European Jews, who having suffered unbelievable pain, were determined this would never happen again.
Listening to an Iraqi born Jew I realised his experience was completely different. He'd lived comfortably alongside his Arab neighbours. They were not a threat. He shared much of their culture and lifestyle.
The Ashkenazi Jews however being European have a similar view to Arabs as say the French, British did in their various middle eastern colonies.

We will be having this discussion in a 100 years time mate, religion, culture, bigotry it'll all still be there festering in the background.

It has been fought on this board, one side only (Not applying that to you ) ideologues promoting a view that one side or other shouldn't exist.
 
There’s quite a large protest against anti semitism happening in Manchester currently, which is good to see. Discrimination is wrong and the conflict has made it worse for a lot of Jewish and Muslim people.

Thankfully most ordinary people would never do something like that.

They're doing a bloody poor job of wiping our the Gazan population with the current number of casualties that Hamas report - and most of those casualties will be Hamas fighters to boot.
