They didn't miss the preparations, the available evidence clearly shows they simply allowed the attack to happen.

And when the breach took place and all the sophisticated fence alarms were triggered, the IDF deliberately didn't respond as they were supposed to do.

The truth will come out eventually , it always does.

The propaganda about what actually happened on October 7th has been slowly unravelling in recent months. But you won't find the Israeli version of events questioned by any of the western media.

Meanwhile the excuse Israel was looking for enabled them to ramp up the genocide. As always, asking the question "Cui bono?" will lead you to those responsible.

I don't support any kind of hatred or genocide of anybody so don't put words in my mouth that aren't there.

I don't hate Israel or Palestine or Lebanon or Iran etc nor do I hate the people in those countries. There should be room for everybody to live peacefully but Netanyahu, Hamas, Hezbollah and the Iranian government don't want peace.

Extremists hold sway.

You're overlooking all that and smearing others because you have a narrow one-sided agenda and either can't or won't see there are multiple groups of innocent people caught in the middle of this, and they are being murdered en masse.

Remove the scales from your eyes and recognise what is happening is plain wrong to say the least.

Very true it's the crackpot leaders that hate the west. the vast majority of the population hate their tyrannic leaders.The Persians had a great relationship with Israel and the jews throughout history.

I mean the populace and the leaders. But yes, their leaders are pro-west but that part is implicit.
From some diplomatic interactions many experts in my country get the conclution or impression.
"we can support them (Iran) but we don't know when they will change their minds"
 
And "anti-west" is not a good accurate word to describe today's world.
It's a concept from the cold-war era.
But the world has changed a lot.
I'm not sure which country is anti-west today. Maybe N korea?
 
One more interesting thing is, you know we also got some opinion leaders in China who pretent to have strong faith in democracy and freedom. But the motivation behind them is "privatization". The privatization of public services, like railways, schools and hopitals, gas, water, everything!
Interesting, isn't it?

I have always been convinced they knew about it. They either have the best intelligence services, especially in the occupied territories, or they are incompetent. Both can't be true. Make your own minds up. They may have been surprised how "effective" it was but it played straight into Netanyahu's hands at a time when he desperately needed something, anything to survive. Anyone think he isn't cold enough to lose a few Israelis to save his skin?

Imho, Iran couldn't give a toss about the Palestinians or Israel for that matter. It is just using a conflict in the region to give the "the great Satan" a bloody nose. If its position against "the little Satan" bolsters its reputation in the region with ordinary Arabs, that is a plus. It's the US / Iran relationship that is at the heart of this, and the only place it can be solved.
