Middle East Conflict

"I hate Israel". WTF does that even mean?
The state of israel, not jews in the way you are thinking , they are killing tens of thousands of innocent people, cutting off power and water , bombing hospitals, it has to stop, they have boots on the ground , hunt for hamas that way

You’re just ignoring the synagogue incident then?

I really do find it fucking weird that people just turn a blind eye to this shit.
I'm not ignoring anything.

You said "from the march".

It's obvious that antisemitism has increased. It's disgusting. Given the reg numbers of the cars involved at Abbey Road are readily visible, no doubt the police will be "making inquiries".

Meanwhile, in Gaza.... Same question as to another poster - do you have a view about Israeli settlements in the West Bank?

Some weren't directing their anger at the Israeli state but Jewish people in general.

One lady had the Star of David with the Nazi insignia. Two wore Hamas headbands.

A minority of the marchers but we can't ignore them.

Edit: if you're on twitter the Metropolitan Police have a substantial thread asking for information on hate crimes from the march.

I don't see the problem here to be honest. Counter protesters who broke the law were arrested. Protesters who broke the law are being identified. Any idiot who attends a pro-Palestinian rally with a Hamas is ISIS banner is presumably being charged with a public order offence. Anyone who threatened him or attacked him is presumably being identified. It was an overwhelmingly peaceful rally marred by a few incidents, policed pretty well. Show over.

The Russians have been considered a parish state, by the West I should add, since their invasion of Ukraine. Various US and UK politicians were very soon bandying about accusations of war crimes.
War crimes that seem very minor now and yet Israel's actions greeted by a deafening silence.

Probably because they're not comparable with different historical, as well as recent, context.

Mate a war crime is a war crime whoever commits it.
I'd be interested in the historical and recent context of which you speak.

Russia invaded Ukraine on a false premise without provacation or justification.

Isreal entered Gaza because a terrorist network based there attacked and kidknapped civilians and took them back to Gaza.

I don't agree with blanket bombing and having no care for innocent people, but there is a big difference between the two.
