So Rafa has a go at Old Red Nose for being a cheat. So what?
One of the saddest things about the football in this country is that they buy in to their own bullshit stereotypes.
Over the last ten years it has been fashionable to say that managers, especially Whisky Face, indulge in sophisticated mind games, where only the strongest minds win out and the others are left broken men.
What a load of bollocks.
Since when has "they might not be able to stay top" or "people want them to win" or "they should win from here but can they handle the pressure" been mind games.
Shrinks must piss themselves everytime they hear this mentioned. I don't think the CIA are going to be getting Ferguson to fly out to Guantanamo Bay to interrogate and break prisoners with his special, devious brand of unbeatable mind games.

Rafa is just being honest and telling people Fergie talks shite and so was Keegan. It gets on their tits and on these occasions Ferguson wasn't even trying to 'get in their minds', he was just being a cheating, moaning git who wants everyone to believe that he is being hard done by, slagging off Forest and Leeds and now refs and fixtures. That's what Keegan and Rafa are pointing out and good on them.
Newcastle had already blown up by the time Keegn sid it too so I don't see how that affected things. They weren't good enough and wouldn't have been whether Ferguson talked shite or not.
Anyone who falls prey to the childish nonsense from Ferguson that we are supposed to believe are mind games and alters their on pitch or professional performance because of it would be such a moron that they couldn't dress themselves, never mind hold down a job.
A ten year old could come up wth more devious, chilling or sophisticated mind games. They are nothing more than cliches built up by the press and now clowns like Ferguson have themselves bought inot the idea that they are an integrl prt of management.
