Has it got MSG in it do you know ??

Not 100% sure Ali, but I believe it does contain MSG!
Why do you ask?
From what I am lead to believe, MSG comes from seaweed....and that is one of the main ingredients of Miso!
I take it you are not a fan of the stuff??

MSG is said to cause cancer . I avoid food that contains MSG

No proof that it does despite the many studies carried out on it.

Miso should never contain MSG, it has a real subtle flavour. MSG is very in your face and you know when it's dodgy.

I get runny nose with MSG and never had that with miso before. I read all ingredients with stuff I get, if you're buying packet shit read the label on it
