I enjoyed the drive up and back and spending great father and son time together. I havent seen my lad since the palace game.
We text daily and as a match is going on but it's not the same.

I missing not being among City fans, even the moaning ones and the leave early ones lol.
I missing singing myself horse, having a beer in Mary D's before the match, the chippie next door.

Feels like my routine has been ripped apart.

Its hard to put into words I simply miss watching City live.

Hopefully we can get to a few away games down here in the south and perhaps a few more at home. We just need to see what the fuel and food hike is.

Have just got back after six months illness. I have gone home and away since the late 60s and it kills me to miss matches. I hate watching on TV. The whole day around football is fantastic. Drinking in the NQ and then the match. I have cut down on aways. I hope you find a way to get to more matches. Football is a religion and an addiction which I’ll never give up.
 
When I saw the thread title "Missing City" I thought someone had found Atlantis or Troy.

Was just about to play a little bit of "Xanadu" but Jeff and Olivia will have to wait a little longer now.
 
Family Life has sort of taken over (Wife and 2 young kids) but I'm lucky I still go to the match with my Old Man, I really look forward to it to be honest as it's a bit of downtime and our only time we seem to get to catch up one on one nowadays, hopefully when my kids are a bit older they will want to start coming with us!
 
Its getting to me but not getting me down. It's just a miss matchday with my lad. Had some great games last season just feels we are missing our !

It feels more intense to follow in the stadium, feel more part of it.

But sadly everything is getting to expansive.
