Missing woman Nicola Bulley - inquest (P 158)

There is some awful stuff going on about this case. Her family must be beside themselves. I cannot help but think that if she was from Falinge, toothless and overweight, the press interest would be almost nil. Because she is attractive, the column inches are full, and the attention the case gets is an obstruction to the investigation. Let's hope she is soon found and the family can get some peace.

Someone said in a press conference last week that her profile, white, attractive, wealthy and missing, fits what the press class as newsworthy.
If, as you say, she was from Falinge, toothless and overweight, there would be no story.

And that is the shit hole world we live in. Same with the McCann’s. Their profile fitted, too.

no they weren’t.. it was all set up! i seen earlier on news they spoke to this old man as a interview…. but now seen this and him with kay burley then ‘suddenly’ the old guy walks past and interviewer asks him a question, then says ‘you was the one who found the phone on bench’.. disgusting

What the fuck? Disgusting behaviour from sky. Turning this into some sort of Jeremy Kyle investigates. What’s next? Lie detector for the dog walkers. Journalism has hit a new low, not hard but still.

Everything is now reality tv with wannabe celeb newsreaders. We can sink no lower.

Tv/internet? It’s time we all turned it off and these nitwits with it.
