Missouri proceeding with execution despite new DNA evidence

Red head appears the so unhuman and cold hearted type that totally gets off on this!

...a very sad state of affairs that in no way brings any kind of finality to the injustice served.

Rest In Peace, Marcellus Williams

Hard to believe this can happen really, shocking shit from the yanks.

According to the Washington Post, the DNA found on the murder weapon belonged to one of the prosecutors who mishandled the weapon.

He confessed three times, including to his ex-girlfriend and cellmate who had unreleased information about the case.

There seems to be a lot of misinformation out there on this one. Every now and again, Americans seem to grab a crime and make it all about their race or politics, and the truth of the matter becomes incredibly distorted like everything else in the US.

He allegedly confessed to a crack head and an alcoholic whilst in prison. None of the reports I've read mention unreleased evidence.
There is no dna evidence, finger prints, nothing that independently puts him as the murderer.
For reasons only known to the prosecution, they excluded 6 out of 7 black people from sitting on the jury.
Even the prosecution accepted he should not die but everyone was ignored.

Also no physical evidence found at the scene to link him and no DNA evidence. So yeh, you're correct. Things are distorted.

He should have at least had a re trial.

The original team who PROESCUTED him, have said he shouldn't be executed as they don't think he was guilty. Says all you need to know.
