MLB 2022

Not to be then. Commiserations. As you say, there’s a lot of power in that Yankees batting, but maybe Schwarber and Harper could match them.
Thanks. NY were the better team across the series, so no complaints. We really struggled again with RISP, which is amazing given we were one of the league’s leading teams in that during the regular season. Cleveland is such a young team, they’ll only learn and come better next year!

As a White Sox fan I sincerely hope not, but deep down I suspect you’re right.

Well, at least you’ve got rid of Larussa. That’s a step in the right direction.
At the start of the season, I really though the AL Central would be a three-way fight down to the wire between us both and the Twins. It looked that way, going into the last month of the season and I was shocked by how hot we got and how bad you and Twins were. KC and Detroit are both going to be better next season and add in the new schedules, with fewer in-division games and next season is going to be a fun one.

I don’t think that at any stage in the season we looked like seriously contending, which after a couple of years heading in the right direction was hugely disappointing: 81 wins, 81 defeats, and a team that often couldn’t defend. The interleague games should create interest (4 against the Cubs on the spin, I think), but I’m not yet sure if we’ll be one of the weaker divisions that suffers or one of the stronger ones that gets into the wildcards.

When you sign a guy to a 13 year contract for a guaranteed $330 million and he does this at the most important moment in the biggest at bat of his career...damn.
