Mobile season card update

Cheers all. Ended up speaking to one of the 'we can help' guys on the turnstile at M1 and he just let me in when i showed him my ticket on the website. He said they'd had loads of people with the same issue.

The reason I just scanned it & i kind a knew it would work is that the same happended with my Dad last - week against Arsenal. His was still on the Leicester game from a few weeks earlier and we just couldn't update it (he's not on Iphone), anyway we turned up, scanned it and it worked & let him in.

Seems as long as you have a valid season ticket, it seems to work no matter what is showing ont he screen (based purly on just 2 examples from 1 Iphone & 1 non Iphone)

One of the turnstile operatives mentioned that it didn't matter what was written on the ticket it was that black 'n white collections of squares put in a square thingy that matters. I can't say that I've noticed that each game throws up a different arrangement - those OCR whatnots all look the same to me! Never had issues with a book 'o tickets!

I think you mean the QR code. Actually on my Iphone I don't get a QR code, it just says hold near reader & I use like I would my contactless Apple Pay

Yeah, I’ve finally realised after two years or whatever it is, that you just need to gently present it to the reader. Instead of trying to shove it in the hole as I’d been doing.
 
Mine has all kinds of random games on. Last night had City v Everton on there. It let me in no problem though. If you click on the ticket as the person in front is going through the turnstile (so it doesn’t time out), and as has been so eloquently described, gently present the phone to the lights, it always seems to work. Famous last words.

I dig my QR code out of the bowels of the iPhone. I tap the season card, it pops open, there's a little face in the right hand corner, no mouth, no ears but three eyes, tap that and I get a little box that sez Pass Details. I tap that and up pops the QR code.

On iPhone 3 dots top right > Pass Details you get your QR code
Had my first issue last night with NFC and had to use the QR
Apparently there were quite a free issues at T entrance
