Why didn't they just reissue you with tickets in the 'new' City allocation when they cancelled your tickets.

It would have helped had they announced this last week with the cancellations

The thing is, you and I know that the Club will probably not welcome this at all, as ridiculous as it sounds to say that. 2 weeks to sort out criteria, adjust security plans for twice the expected following, not enough time to shift through corporate as they can't arrange hotels, champagne bars & truffles at such short notice. Not enough time to arrange an extra Thomas Cook charter blah blah..

Your not going to tell me City didn't know about this.
There were rumours of an extra 500 when we got the original location.
No hit from City that we might get more.
Does anyone think that Monaco suddenly decided to e mail all who bought tickets in their part to let them know they had given us another lot.
I bet there are people who cancelled their trips and may have lost money and might now be in a position to get one.
Absolute shambles City.
