Can anybody tell me if City Officials have a legal right to check tickets at a foreign stadium.
I can understand Monaco officials have that right, but once a ticket is purchased from City what legal right
do they have over it in a foreign Country.
Anyone with a legal head I would be very interested.

Think they can, as condition of sale is that they are non transferable.
