I do remember a time before he existed, but it's bloody years ago.

I think it might have been around the mid-80's or thereabouts.

He was around in Division 2 because i remember at Macclesfield away i was stood at the front of the terrace with the other kids and he was being led round so he could give high fives to all the kids, Cue about 30 kids raining down blows on his big head! Harsh but very funny at the time.
