Morrissey on the Jubilee!

He just can't help himself, can he? ;)

The soul is tried all over again as the jackboot of dictatorship strangles England. This week, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee presents a new lesson in the force of tyranny, and is an expression of loathing and abhorrence of the British poor - and all done, quite naturally, at the public's expense! It is degrading to anyone of intelligence. While dictatorships throughout the Middle East are gently condemned by the British government, there is no examination of the extremism enforced by the British 'royals', who remain the most overpaid and most utterly useless people on the planet. Having done nothing to earn our respect, they demand everything by return. It is a cunning and extravagant form of benefit fraud. I should mention that I am frequently asked to appear on BBC television's Question Time to air my views. But is it possible to engage with the British media and not be carved-up? I doubt it.

Meanwhile, somewhere else, far away from tabloid Britain, the moon retains its friendly silence, and the world is all before you.

In reverent spirit, keenly alive

MORRISSEY.

As much as I hate Morrisszzzz, He's got a point there...

Egotistical twat who once wrote a few good songs - 'force of tyranny', 'degrading of anyone with intelligence (patronising fuck), dictatorship comparative to the middle east (really - what do you call the houses of parliament then) - Large chip on the shoulder and obviously prefers living in a country that elects such outstanding leaders as Bush. Just another political musician who should shut the fuck up and concentrate of song writing (Aka Bono).

Chris Coghill - the actor (Burn it & Eastenders fame) is another

He was moaning on twitter the other night that his tube was late because of track issues yet we can put up flags and bunting because of the jubilee and he finished his tweet with "Thatchers Britain"

I replied that "a monarch who has been in reign for 60 years is commendable and IS a reason to celebrate, you will merely be 15 minutes late home...... yeah, thats the same"

He seems to think he's some sort of spokesperson - and not that the arrogant, head up his own arse cockwomble will be mithered, but I instantly unfollowed him

Chris Cockhill (sold his soul anyway as he's a red but played the part of a City fan in Burn It!!)

Surprised he didn't bring up the treatment of animals in his rant. Bore off Morrisszzzz.

I sympathise with the guy. He has the mind of a true revolutionary but I don't know if he has the wisdom to understand that people like security and dislike change, no matter how intellectually appealing an argument might be.

I learn that lesson today down the pub, making point after point after point about how the yellow card has single-handedly destroyed football but no **** was having it.

Maybe one day he'll write a song which capture the agony we feel when we try to put someone on the right path, but they refuse. He's twice the poet I am, but my suggestion for the title of the song would be "pissing into the wind".
