Difficult to look beyond him really. Came with a decent reputation but was absolutely terrible and worst of all looked like he couldn't give a shit. I fucking hated him.

Ignoring some of the recent jokers, Mick (Mike?) Channon. Fantastic player at Southampton, but was very mediocre with us. And, IIRC, we broke the transfer record for him at the time.
