Most Humiliating Defeats

Losing at home to Pep's Bayern in 13/14 was by far and away our most humiliating Champions League performance.

The most humiliating results since Pep took over were the 4-0 at Everton and this season's loss at Norwich.

We don't really get humiliated these days, more we just lose very irritatingly. Such as Lyon, I was annoyed, but not embarrassed.

Bayern were just too good for us that night although Pellegrini got his selection wrong. Still, This Charming Man is the only boss to get us to the CL Semis so far. I think he'll do well with Betis.

Well it's odd, but I didn't find the Everton 4-0 humiliating at all. Firstly, it didn't reflect the match (unlike the other night, to a large extent). Secondly, Pep was still learning the PL and trying to get his system right for it.

Anyone who thinks a loss in the QF of the CL is humiliating, after what City have been through the last 30/40 years, wants their head checking.

It majorly kicked off in the away end too. “Blues” cheering when we lost and goading those trying to get behind the club. Wankers.
