The title race is going down to the wire and is going to be a cracker also we have 4 teams battling for 4th which is so tight and about 7 teams have the chance or going down!

Really interesting season this year and i cant wait to see it unfold!

My predictions will be

1. Arsenal
2. Chelsea
3. Scum
4. Us

18. Hull
19. Burnley
20. Pompey

safe bets - apart from us!

we havent been directly involved in a last day finish for something since pearce early got us in to europe and blobby missed the pen. this season makes that one look shite.

I think it'll be West Ham instead of Hull.

Now that the perma-tanned one has gone I expect Hull top pick up a few points here and there. But to me West Ham look like dead men walking. They cannot defend and Robert Green is not Prem standard - not by a long way.

Sad to say I agree on Burnley though. But that's only because Brian Laws is another piss-poor manager well and truly out of his depth in the Premier League.

Not as much fun as ruling the roost for half a season in the 3rd tier of football though is it.....

I've loved every second of this season, finally a season with a goal that's more exciting than 'don't get relegated' or 'get promoted'.

It's not interesting, it's boring as fuck.

What's next, an Andy Gray classic? 'The league is so tight because it's so competitive'? No, just no. That's bullshit, it's because the EPL is shit.

Can't see West Ham going down, they have a few good players, they will hang on.

Think you are right. What we could really do with is West Ham being safe before the last game of the season, so that when they play us they aren't playing to secure their survival.

Lets face it, the fight for 4th is likely to go down to the wire and the last thing we need is to have to win at a club that is fighting for its life. Much easier to beat a team whose season has already finished - especially if it means we get 4th instead of Spurs...

i agree actually, i think the standard of football right across europe has gone downhill. with the odd exception of course. very poor season, united shouldnt be anywhere near competeing for leagues and champions leagues but there battling mentality and one man dragging them through games is making them favourites. but with the standard being so shit it makes it more competitive and certainly the most exciting season city have been involved in since promotion days.

Bollocks, people like you are full of it when we get 3 teams in the CL semis and go over the top slagging the league when a show pony ot two leaves.

i think the premier league has been the best league for a long time now but now its the spanish league. real madrid have been knocked out, liverpool are shocking, chelsea were easily beaten, ac milan were twatted off the park by a united side who have lost a few of there best players of the years. i would definitely say the standard of european football has got poorer.
