My first ever thread so why not dedicate it to all our mums ... they really are special people for those who have lost hope you have special memories, happy Mother’s Day mum and thank you for giving me your last penny when times were hard so I could go watch our beloved blues.

Great old day, kids have to do all the housework instead of me doing it and covid restrictions meant I got away with just a 5 minute phone call to my own mother.

Bugger, it’s reruns of Poirot instead of the T20 and the mid table north London derby. And I’ve got to cook a roast but then that is most Sundays

My Mum was born in Longsight 1932, she came from a large family her brothers were City fans and even though she was impartial to who she supported I think deep down she was a Blue, as my dad was also a blue obviously. She was evacuated during the war but came back and married my dad, they first lived in Gorton, they paid £60 for there first house, but like A57 she always gave me and my brother everything, Love You Mum, miss you so mutch, XXX.
