Another death.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/harpurhey-manchester-man-dies-after-7554121" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ ... er-7554121</a>

She wants taking uo to the top of the Beetham Tower and dropping off. Anybody who drives while over the limit is beyond contempt. And, if that person then causes death by his/her actions, then they deserve no mercy.

Here's another one.

They are a real menace.

I know the issue is essentially behavioural, but surely the time has come for some kind of breathylzer system linked to the ignition as a preventative measure?

Yet another pavement motorist. It's becoming an epidemic.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/watch-dramatic-moment-woman-narrowly-7620110" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ ... ly-7620110</a>

Nobody arrested! Must have been a good reason for the motorist to drive so badly.

sounds like a good idea but how could you make sure it was the driver that blew into the breathalyser?

Anyone could blow into it.

I'm also not such a huge fan of the nanny state and such.

Yes i know, I was being facetious. Its so easy to get around its not viable.

Only real deterent I can see is the increase in the jail terms for anyone who causes injury or death due to being drunk behind the wheel. Some of the sentences are ludicrous. Upgrade it to manslaughter or something
