Jose is/was over in Dubai, no-one has any idea who the blokes are in the picture with him however it's unlikely they are City delegates.

Nope. If it was City Jose would be having numerous meetings Simon Pearce and Khaldoun Al-Mubarak. Probably Txiki Begiristain and Ferran Soriano would be in any talks going forward too. The pictures are from last week's Dubai football conference that Jose was booked to attend LAST summer. Jose could be dining with the Leeds Unite owners of course - they're owned by folks in Dubai these days...
