Not fully read the proposals by MCFC as to be honest, it seems the most complicated pricing plan ever- but the logistics seems to be that some people, especially those with kids, will have to move for cheaper tickets.

Will this help the atmosphere- ie by grouping adults together and keeping families seperate?

No. It'll just eradicate the little atmosphere the North Stand and Second Tier have.

Let's be honest they don't really have any. Do you not think if there's more kids together they might create something between them? Perhaps the more vocal dads relocating will add to it too? Where as more adults around the south stand, colin bell etc will make them better?

It has the potential to go tits up, vocal dad moves from SS to NS and has a habit of swearing at the referee like he's been used to for years but the club has now forced him into the NS surrounded by protective parents who have been in the stand for years and don't have to move. Fun Fun Fun

You really wouldnt believe we support the same club, i bow to all you singers

What's the point of going to a live football match if you aren't going to contribute to the atmosphere?

Moving seats-will it help the atmosphere ??

well if everyone moved at the same time it may cause a draught..

soz...but it was screaming for that ;)

I'll probably re-locate to the family stand with my lad to save a few bob. Will it improve the atmosphere?....Dunno. But at least I suppose I won't have to bluff my way round explaining what Adebayor being hung like an elephant and his missus being a bit sore means!!

It will almost certainly damage the whole atmosphere...

Instead of having a batch of 5 thousand 'north standers'. These refugees will know be disbanded throughout the whole stadium. As a North Stander myself you cannot go 3 or 4 minutes without hearing the familiar cry "Sit Down". Upon hearing this cry everybody sits down.

I would imagine that, just like me, most North Standers will want seats at the back of various stands so we can boom "sit down" across the stands.

To people like me, a North Stander, I now see you all as 'Sit down Beneficiaries'

this will be dealt with by the new "family orientated stewards" whatever the fuck they are????

Cant beleive city have done this, this is completely the opposite of what they should have done.We needed to create a one end type atmosphere. I beleive that should have been the north stand.one end full of people who want to create an atmosphere & sing + no-one needs to move in cup games. Now were going to have a stand full (or empty) of kids & for the 2nd half we can attack the away fans. What a messed up fucked up miss mash stadium theyre making.

If the £250 season tickets were grouped together at the back of one, or both, the top tiers, then this could help the atmosphere.

The singing bounces off the roof and the reason that the place was rocking against the likes of Hamburg is that everyone was singing up there.

yeah except the north stand refugee's will be up there so you won't be able to 'group' the 'poor' supporters up there as well.

how exactly will they move. will they rock from side to side or will they extend up and then back down?
